Arshavir Bozinyan, who fought with the "Sassoun" brigade in the Artsakh War believes that President Sargsyan is willing to make concessions regarding a settlement of the Karabakh conflict.
"Kocharyan started making concessions ten years ago and Serzh also seeks to be accepted in the international community. That's why he's going down this road of concessions. But we won't let him," the physically disabled veteran told "Hetq".
"Let no one think that we veterans will wait until they give back the territories we liberated to Azerbaijan. I been sitting in a wheelchair for seventeen years but I've never regretted what I did for a moment. I helped liberate the lands of my forefathers. I don't care if there are a thousand Kocharyan's or Serzh's, or even a thousand Russia's. We'll never permit any concessions to be made; end of story. This is "Arsho" from the Sassoun brigade telling you this."
