Hayk Ishkhanyan, a student at Moscow's Physical-Technical Institute, has forced his way into the office's of the foundation, disrupting its work and making threats. He is the son of Artur Ishkhanyan who claims that he was the one who came up with the idea of the program. Mr. Ishkhanyan was passed over for the job of director of the "Louys" educational program and soon after started to spread negative public relations about the foundation.
The foundation's website has been attacked by malicious spam emanating from unknown sources. However, it wouldn't be a stretch of the imagination to conclude that the infamous father and son team might be behind these incidents.
The "Louys" educational division says that it will take all necessary legal means to put a halt to these disruptive activities.
