Arshavir Bozinyan, a Karabakh war veteran with the "Sassoun Brigade" tells "Hetq" that the Armenian National Congress (HAK) is negotiating with the Armenian government for the release of another war vet, Sassoun Mikayelyan, recentle sentenced to 8 years imprisonment.
