Robert Anthony Bradtke, a career U.S. foreign service officer, has been appointed U.S. OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair to replace Matthew Bryza. In July of this year, he completed a three year assignment as Chief of Mission at American Embassy Zagreb, Croatia. Mr. Bradtke had previously served in Zagreb when it was part of Yugoslavia. In addition to Croatian, Bradtke also speaks French, German, Russian, and Italian.
