Members of the Heritage Party recently dismissed from the ranks have petitioned the party council and rules committee in attempt to have the decisions taken against them nullified and to demand a extraordinary party convention. Those signing the petition included MP Vardan Khachatryan, Central Election Commission member Zoya Tadevosyan and Former Heritage Party Vice-President Movses Aristakesyan. Hovsep Khourshoudyan, Heritage Party spokesperson, told "Hetq" that the rules committee is bow drafting a response to the petition filed by the dismissed party members Movses Aristakesyan complained to "Hetq" that the party hadn’t responded within the five day time frame prescribed by the law and hasn’t handed over copies of various party meetings. To this charge Mr. Khourshoudyan responded, "We sent out the information. Perhaps they haven’t yet received it."
