Yesterday, NKR Prime Minister Arayik Haroutyunyan paid a visit to Kindergarten #2 in Stepanakert along with Valery Mejloumyan, President of the Vallex Group. Renovation of the kindergarten is being sponsored by the firm “Base Metals”, a Vallex subsidiary operating in the Karabakh mining sector. When completed next year, the kindergarten will be able to accommodate 360 children; a substantial increase over the 190 attending today. The 300 million AMD allocated by “Base Metals” will also go to renovating the school’s administration building.
