NKR MP - Those Advocating Land Concessions Should Face Criminal Charges
Today, during a session of the NKR parliament, Armen Sargsyan, who heads the "ARF-Movement 88" faction, declared that any citizen who places the territorial integrity of the country under question by advocating concessions or other means should be criminally charged with violating the NKR Constitution.Mr. Sargsyan argued that the NKR constitution, established by a democratic referendum of the citizens of the country, clearly delineate the borders of the NKR and calls on the people and government to safeguard the territorial integrity of the nation. He claimed that any attempts to otherwise undermine such principles should not be considered as the freedom of diversity of opinion but rather anti-constitutional measures.
