The 10th edition of “Hetq’s” new weekly has just come out but we are informed by our distributor, “Press Stand”, that the paper hasn’t yet reached certain local newsstands in Yerevan or the other regions of the country. “Press Stand”, which distributes periodicals to most of the newsstands in Yerevan, reports that the delay is due to a technical glitch and will soon be resolved.
