Four Candidates for Parliamentary By-Election in 10th District

It appears that only four individuals have filed candidacy papers with the RoA Central Elections Commission to n in the January 10, 2010, by-elections for the Tenth Parliamentary District seat. The candidates are: Nikol Pashinyan, "Haykakan Zhamanak" Chief Editor; Hmayak Hovhannisyan, President of the Union of Political Analysts; David Hakobyan, Marxist Party; and Ara Simonyan, National Unity Party.
