Heart Attack Kills Central Electoral Commission President
Garegin Azaryan, President of Armenia's Central Electoral Commission, died just before midnight on September 9 from a heart attack.
Mr. Azaryan, who was recently re-elected to the post, was born in April, 1961, in Yerevan.
He is survived by a wife and two children.
