At a January 8 meeting that took place in the Armenian winter resort town of Tzaghkadzor, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Regional Governors discussed the need to compliment the staffs of medical centers in the outlying regions of the country. The issue had been reviewed by Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan and the Ministers of Education and Science, and Health. The Deputy PM had set a February 15 deadline for proposals to resolve the shortage of medical staff.
