Gyumri Resident Fined 105,000 AMD for Tree Cutting

Responding to a Hetq article regarding the illegal cutting of tress by cafe owners in Gyumri, the RoA Ministry of Nature Protection sent officials attached to the Lori Inspectorate to the site in question. The Ministry reports that one Tigran Papoyan, a resident of 12 Sayat Nova Street, cut down a poplar with a circumference of 80 centimetres. Mr. Papoyan was fined 105,000 AMD as a result.
