A commemorative concert marking the 70th anniversary of the Marmara newspaper in Istanbul will take place on Saturday, September 17, at 7pm at the Arno Babajanyan Concert Hall in Yerevan.

Organized by the RA Miniistry of Culture, the event is being billed as “Days of the Bolsahye Community in Armenia” as will feature Minitser of Diaspora Affairs Hranoush Hakobyan as guest speaker.

Scheduled speakers also include Souren Danielyan, President of the Spyurk Scientific Research Center, Astghik Gevorgyan, President of Armenia’s Union of Journaliists, Levon Ananyan, President of the Union of Armenia’s Writers, and Rober Hadejian, Chief Editor of Marmara.

Musical entertainment will be presented bu singer Lucy Kahvejian and pianist Hamaspyur Manukyan.
