The third lottery for newly constructed apartments to go to families left homeless by the 1988 Spitak earthquake will be held tomorrow in Gyumri. An estimated 192 families will be handed their deeds to the new apartments. 285 families received apartments during the first two lotteries and a total of 1,056 families will have received new homes in the first stage of the 2009-2010 apartment allocation program.
