Commenting on today’s planned protest outside the Georgian Embassy in Yerevan, Gregory Tabatadze, Georgia’s Ambassador to Armenia, told Hetq that such demonstrations aren’t the best way to get one’s message across and change things.
"We must talk in specifics and about specific demands. We are always open to constructive dialogue. Protests don’t get us anywhere," Ambassador Tabatadze said. Today’s demonstration to defend the rights of the Javakhk Armenian community is scheduled for 3pm.
