The court case of Levon Avagyan, former teacher at the Nubarashen #11 School for Children with Special Needs, scheduled today at the Erebuni and Nubarashen District Court has been cancelled. Attorneys representing the plaintiffs in the case, former pupils at the school who were alleged to have been subject to mental and physical abuse at the hands of Mr. Avagyan, have petitioned the court for more time to familiarize themselves with the case materials. The trial has been postponed till May 12.
