Reports from Aragatzotn Marz state that orchards in the villages of Karb and Ohanavan were severely damaged yesterday due to the heavy rains and hail that pounded the area. Strong winds also caused damaged in the town of Ashtarak and the village of Parp, causing a partial black-out when electricity lines were toppled. Repair teams have already restored power to 90% of those affected.
