A horrific traffic accident last night on Baghramyan Avenue left the smoldering hulks of three cars littering the road opposite the former U.S. Embassy. Police cordoned off the area for several hours before the remains of the cars were towed away and the area cleaned of debris. Four individuals with various injuries were taken to St. Grigor Lusavorich Hospital. No word on the cause of the accident has been forthcoming by police, but a criminal investigation has been launched.
