Two ARF official attended the Third Congress of the Kurdistan Patriotic Union party that took place in the town of Sulimaniye on June 1. ARF Bureau member Mkrtich Mkrtichyan and the Bureau’s Hay Dat director Kiro Manoyan attended the party conference opened by Jalal Talabani, Genereal Secretary of the KPU and the current President of Iraq. Also attending was Massoud Barzani, who leads the Kurdish Democratic Party and President of the Kurdish Regional Authority in Iraq.
