Reporter Ani Gevorgyan, detained by Yerevan police on May 31 and later formally arrested, along with her brother Sargis Gevoryan and a friend, Davit Kiramidjyan, remained in police custody. Attorney Lusineh Sahakyan told Hetq that the reporter has yet to be questioned by the police. Today, at 6:30pm, the 72 hour period, in which the police must either formally charge the reporter or release her, ends. The reporter is suspected of hitting a police officer.
