Hetq Condolences to Nazaryan Family

The Hetq staff wishes to express its heartfelt condolences to the family of Artak Nazaryan, a 31 year-old man who took his own life on July 26 while serving in an Armenian army unit in Tavush. Artak is the brother of Tzovinar Nazaryan, a reporter now studying at Howard University in Washington, D.C.
