Meets with Patriarch of Armenian Catholic Church While during a working visit to Lebanon, NKR President Bako Sahakyan met with Nerses Bedros XIX, the current Patriarch of the Armenian Catholic Church headquartered in Beirut on August 23. President Sahakyan was accompanied by his advisor Armen Isagulov, Vladik Khachatryan, Minister of Education and Science, and Karo Kebabjanyan, the NKR’s Permanent Representative to the Middle East. Later that day, President Sahakyan was interviewed by members of the Lebanese press. Today, President Sahakyan paid a visit to Sarkis Armenian, who heads the Lebanese branch of the All Armenia Fund. The two sides discussed the various issues related to socio-economic development in Karabakh and plans to increase the pace of operations in the future.
