At today’s government session, RoA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan declared that the government would start the second stage of discussions of the draft state budget for 2011 on September 6. Armenian Minister of Finance Tigran Davtyan stated that the state budget 2011 is based on the medium-term program of government expenses. Minister Davtyan requested that all government departments and ministries submit their proposals concerning the text part of the draft budget within a month.
