Aram Apatyan, a member of the group “We oppose the reopening of foreign language schools”, has reported to Hetq that the RoA National Assembly will not debate the draft package on amendments to the “Language Law” and the “Law on Public Education” during its September 14-16 session. The National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Science and Education decided to postpone a hearing on the package for 15 days. The opposition group had been staging a picket outside the parliament building while the MP’s debated the matter inside.
