Today, RoA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian hosted the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Bernard Fassier, Robert Bradtke and Igor Popov, as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk. The Co-Chairs briefed Minister Nalbandian on the results of the discussions with the authorities of Azerbaijan and the NKR held in Baku and Stepanakert. FM Nalbandian stressed that "the immediate participation of the NKR in the talks is a must and will considerably contribute to the settlement of the issue." During the meeting reference was made to the spate of recent skirmishes along the line of contact between the armed forces of the NKR and Azerbaijan and their possible influence on the negotiation process.
