Former Court of Cassation President Launches Website

Hovhannes Manoukyan, former President of the RoA Court of Cassation, has launched a personal website (www.hmanoukyan.com) that will make available information regarding his professional activities and articles that have appeared in the general press and industry publications. Mr. Manoukyan will express his views on a wide range of topics of social interest and will also allow for visitors to send in their questions.
