RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met with departing French Ambassador Serge Smessow and wished the diplomat good luck in his future endeavors. Mr. Smessow’s post as Ambassador to Armenia will soon be over. PM Sargsyan noted that while in office, the French Ambassador had made great contributions to the strengthening of French-Armenian relations, particularly in the economic field. Ambassador Smessow pointed out that after Russia, France is the largest direct investor in Armenia’s economy.
