«Haypost» - The kick off of big changes

With the participation of RA President Serzh Sargsyan, the opening of Haypost’s Kapan postal branch and adjacent post office 3301 on October 15,2010 marked the beginning of the new big project of the transformation of Armenia’s National Postal operator in the regions.
The project is aimed at renovating the postal branches and more than 200 post offices in all the marzes across Armenia, in terms of visual appearance, technical capacity, cutting-edge technology installation, which will enable the provision of financial and commercial services alongside the traditional postal services.
As Haypost CEO Arman Khachaturyan stressed in his opening speech, ”this  process in very important, because in all newly renovated postal branches the quality as well as the range of services offered will be identical, thus the population in the marzed will be offered the same high quality services as those in the capital”.
«Haypost» CJSC and «Haypost Trust Management» have started the new phase of modernization of the activities of Armenia’s national postal operator which is directed towards the development of the regional substructure. Furthermore, three newly renovated post offices are to be reopened in Kapan soon.
«Haypost Trust Management» intends to develop postal services in the Republic of Armenia and to introduce more modern courier and financial services and to make Haypost the leading national postal operator in the region.
Apart from the traditional postal services, postbanking services as well as fax, photocopy, printing and internet among other services will be available to the public.
By end of the year, 35 new branches including postal branches in Dilijan, Gyumri, Ijevan and Tsaghkadzor are to be re-opened.
According to the program of “Haypost Trust Management”, within the next five years the company intends to bring the number of renovated and modernized post offices and postal branches to 250 and to expand the range of new services which are characteristic of a modern postal operator.
