GeoProMining has issued a statement refuting charges made recently by the RA Control Chamber that the company’s subsidiary, GeoProMining Gold operated without a license between 2004 and 2008. GPM says that it entered into a new licensing agreement with Armenia’s Ministry of Natural resources in 2008 and that the prior license had been renewed within the legally acceptable timeframe.
