Head of CES is Feeling “Down in the Dumps”
Mihran Poghosyan is said to be cause of minister's firing Rouben Grdzelyan, spokesman for the Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement Service (CES), has told Hetq that he had only heard about the directive of now former Minister of Justice Gevorg Danielyan to discipline CES head Mihran Poghosyan by visiting the website.
Mr. Grdzelyan also said he had no idea what violations had been committed by Poghosyan that ultimately lead to the firing of Danielyan. (The minister was fired today on charges of official negligence; i.e. he failed to discipline Poghosyan as directed.) Our sources at the CES say that Poghosyan showed up at work today feeling out of sorts and left after a few hours. The Ministry of Justice website will face disciplinary sanctions.
