Artsakh PM Launches New Blog

Artsakh Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan has launched a new web site to facilitate communication between the government, Artsakh citizens and Armenians both in the Republic of Armenia and the diaspora. Prime Minister Harutyunyan has expressed the hope that Armenians will avail themselves of his personal website (or blog, as he calls it) and will comment on pertinent topics of the day regarding Artsakh and other important issues.
