Today’s OSCE monitoring along the ceasefire line between Azerbaijan and Artsakh proceeded fairly normally and according to plan. The only hitch was that Azerbaijan didn’t allow the OSCE delegation to advance to a forward post for the monitoring. The observers were thus forced to carry out their mission from rear positions.
