Hetq today sent a copy of the tape recording, in which MP Ruben Hayrapetyan curses out reporter Grisha Balasanyan, to President Serzh Sargsyan. A letter attached calls on President Sargsyan, who also is the President of the Republican Party Council, to discipline MP Hayrapetyan, who also sits on the council. Hetq points out that by displaying such crude behavior, MP Hayrapetyan not only brings shame on himself but on the office as a legislator in the Armenian National Assembly.
