At around noon yesterday, the Yerevan Police received an anonymous call tipping tem off to some guns and ammunition left outside the main entrance to the Tokhmakh Cemetery. Responding to the scene, police found a high-powered marksman’s rifle and 73 bullets. In a related incident, some ten minutes later, the Yerevan Police received another telephone tip that some guns and ammunition were in a trash can outside the doors of the Zoravar Andranik subway stop. Some 156 bullets of various calibres were found along with a hand grenade and an empty hand gun.
