Reporters gathered at today’s press briefing at the RA National Assembly were especially on the lookout for members of the Prosperous Armenia Party. The party convenes its convention tomorrow. Not surprisingly, the PAP MP’s never showed up at the briefing. Their colleagues from the other parties did. Aram Safaryan, the PAP’s parliamentary secretary couldn’t be reached by phone and when we telephoned MP Naira Zohrabyan, her assistant answered saying the MP was away on business and would return to Yerevan later this evening.
