Tatoul Manaseryan, who has served as economics advisor to the President of the National Assembly, has handed in his resignation. Mr. Manaseryan, founder of the Alternative Research Center, says that he wants to devote his energies to scientific endeavours. Earlier press reports had claimed that Manaseryan had been dismissed by National Assembly President Hovik Abrahamyan. Manaseryan noted that such allegations were the product of "idle minds".
