At 10 this morning, Heritage Party MP Zaruhie Postanjyan went to the Yerevan Central criminal lock-up to visit her brother, a civil servant recently charged with accepting an "illegal" payment. She requested, but was denied access, to see her brother Tigran being held in an isolation cell. At 11:30 am. She received a call from the lock-up and was told she could now see her brother. MP Postanjyan immediately made her way back to the detention center but was told that her brother had been transferred to the Nubarashen Correctional Facility.
