A delegation headed by Artak Shaboyan, Chairman of the State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC), has left for Russia to take part in a specially convened CIS inter-state session devoted the reform of anti-monopoly policies, with a special look at state procurement.

The session will take place on the sidelines of the seventh All-Russian Forum and Exhibition "State Order 2011" which will be held from the 23rd to the 25th of March 2011 in the exhibition center "Crocus Expo" in Moscow.
