Today, the RA Administrative Court rejected a legal suit brought by Artak Beglaryan, a blind student seeking to overturn a decision by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Diplomatic School denying him the right to take an entrance exam based on his disability.

Beglaryan, in his suit, was also demanding 1 AMD in symbolic moral damages from the RA government.

The plaintiff, now studying in England, was not present when the verdict was handed down by Judge Argishti Ghazaryan.
