Armenia’s Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan introduced the new Minister of Justice, Hovhannes Manoukyan, to the ministry staff in the presence of outgoing minister Hrayr Tovmasyan.

Prior to his appointment as justice minister, Manoukyan served as Armenia’s Ambassador to Georgia starting in 2011.

Born in Gyumri in 1971, Manoukyan is a gradutae of Yerevan State University’s Faculty of Law.
