Vigen Sargsyan Promoted to Presidential Chief of Staff

Vigen Sargsyan has been appointed as RA Presidential Chief of Staff by President Serzh Sargsyan.

Vigen Sargsyan, who holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, had been serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff.
