Arming Azerbaijan is Troubling the International Community?
That Azerbaijan is being armed troubles the international community, assured RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian, reflecting on Russia's sale of tanks to Azerbaijan.
"It troubles both the international community and the [OSCE Minsk Group] Co-Chair countries, which are always urging to take the appropriate steps in the act of strengthening the ceasefire, withdrawing snipers, and creating appropriate mechanisms that will deal with investigations of ceasefire violations," he said.
Addressing the negotiating process of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Nalbandian said it is taking its course. "In a few days, the co-chairs will be in Azerbaijan because the last time they were in the region, [they] visited, had meetings in Armenia and Karabakh, to meet with Azerbaijan's leadership, which last time was not in the country."
