"One Nation, One Culture" fund director Tamar Poghosyan, who has been recently involved in an on-going clash of words with officials at the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs, says she is resigning to prove that her battle has nothing to do with maintain her position at the fund, this according to the newspaper Hraparak .

"The real reason for my resignation is to show that the battle and post have nothing in common," said Poghosyan.

She has accused officials at the Diaspora Ministry of financial embezzlement and argues that the appointment of Diaspora Minister Hranoush Hakobyan to the Fund’s Board of Trustees contradicted various official by-laws.
