
Artsakh Parliament Prez Meets U.S.Minsk Group Co-Chair in Washington D.C.
Artsakh Parliament President Ashot Ghoulyan yesterday met with James Warlick, U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, in Washington D.C.
The two are said to have discussed recent developments in the region and issues related to the Karabakh conflict settlement process.
On the same day, Ghoulyan also met with Frank Pallone Jr., who co-chairs the U.S. Congressional Caucasus on Armenian Issues. The two discussed options to expand cooperation between the U.S. Congress and the Artsakh National Assembly and issues regarding the implementation of U.S. humanitarian projects in Artsakh.
Pallone asked Ghoulyan about the consequences of recent Azerbaijani incursions across the Karabakh Line of Contact.
