The doctor of Levon Hayrapetyan, the 65 year-old native Artsakh businessman arrested in Moscow on July 15, 2014 on embezzlement and money laundering charges, says the man is seriously ill and in need of ling-term care.

Artsakh Today reports that according to Dr. Henry Bakounts, Hayrapetyan has been diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, and suffers from cardio issues.
