928 kilos of heroin, confiscated on January 2014 at the Meghri customs house, was destroyed on June 6.

The heroin, seized in Armenia’s largest drug bust to date, was burned.

The heroin was discovered when a truck entering Armenia from Iran was inspected at the Meghri customs house on January 17, 2014. The truck was destined for Georgia.
