Armenia's Electricity Utility Fined 60 Million AMD for Installation Violations

Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission today reports that it has decided to fine the Electricity Networks of Armenia (ENA) a total of 60 million AMD (US$126,478) for procedural violations regarding hooking up new consumers to the grid.
