Circulation of Stocks of Hrazdan Energy Company and Trading was Terminated in NASDAQ OMX Armenia

On September 23, 2015 the circulation and trading of stocks of Hrazdan Energy Company (Raz TES) was stopped and terminated in NASDAQ OMX Armenia’s free market.    

The nominal value of stocks was AMD 10,000 with 1,597,430 issued quantity and total volume equal to AMD 15,974,300,000.

Currently the only shareholder of the Company is the Russian Federation, represented through the Federal Agency for Management of Federal Property of the Russian Federation. The register of shareholders is maintained by the Central Depositary of Armenia.
