Armenian Customs Officials Seize Gold Jewelry Smuggled from Turkey

Armenian customs officials seized 1,529 grams of gold jewelry hidden in a bags of clothes being sent from Turkey by an Armenian citizen through a cargo company.

Customs officials also report that sniffer dogs uncovered 3 kilograms of an “opium like” substance in a package scheduled to be mailed overseas.
