A Yerevan-based animal lovers’ organization claims that 40 stray dogs allegedly neutered and let loose yesterday in downtown Yerevan by Unigraf X, a company contracted to that catch and neuter stray dogs in the Armenian capital, are sickly and carriers of contagious diseases.

Dingo Team says it has captured five of the 40 dogs let loose yesterday and will medically inspect the dogs today at 2:30 p.m. at a public event for all to witness.
